Hello, I am trying to find out what has happened to this package. The tracking information through EMS has not been updated since February 12, 2015. Can anyone tell me if this package has even left China?

EA083539935CN should be stuck in customs. open dispute asap.

Thank you for your response. I took your advise and opened a dispute with paypal. Do you think the package will eventually be moved out of customs and delivered?

it all depends on government officer's decision and efficiency. the parcel might be lost or just delayed. government officer never tell you the exact status.
