On july 19th I bought some goods fom China through aliexpress website, but ther still didn't arrive.
The aliexpress website says that seller already shipped the order. I went to China post air website and it seems to be dispatched on july 31st. I'm wondering when it will arrive.
The tracking number is RB685968350CN.
Could you please tell me if it already left China and where is it?

RB685968350CN left Beijing for Uruguay on July 31. Normally it needs 6 to 8 weeks to arrive as it will transit through many countries. China Post can not get updated information after the parcel has left China before delivery. So the only thing you can do is to wait. If you can not get the parcel by mid Sept, you can claim aliexpress for non-receipt refund.
