i ordered a few times allready with credit card and Aliexpress.
so far all items came true and were brought to my doorstep within 1,5 month.

untill now..

i have a order with number RJ031706535CN
which is not moving since 02-12-2014.

i let the supplier know i didnt get my order yet.
so when the period off buying protection almost was over i agreed with him to stretch this protection for another month..
so now its for the second time that im running out of protection time and still dont have my stuff.
so i contacted him again and he says he s sorry but cant help it... pls wait again he keeps saying..

my package didnt move since 2-12-2014 and is in location 20110600. whatever that means...

i read on this forum that there is a new policy for magnetic items...that customs dont let them true since november on air flight.. (but i thought ALL ITEMS are going by boat.. and thats why it takes so much time in the first place)

So in the same week when i ordered these electromagnetic solenoid valves (=this stuck order), i also ordered a few electric proximity switches and a powersupply adapter at 2 other different ali express stores.
and both these other items i also got delivered within a few weeks/

so im confused why my solenoid valves are still stuck in what seams Shanghai (20110600 location)

So what are my options?
can i email somebody over there? or should i call the creditcard firm and demand my money back?
if i have to place another order it will take forever AGAIN before i have my stuff...

i need to get this stuck item overhere....
