Hello my package with tracking number CP956912175HK, has the following history:

2018/11/9 17:03 Received by Post Office CNR
2018/11/10 20:40 Departure export customs HK AMC
2018/11/13 16:20 Arrival Import customs MADRID AP
2018/11/13 16:22 Item presented to import Customs MADRID AP
2018/11/13 16:23 Held by customs MADRID AP
2018/11/14 15:42 Item returned from Customs (import) MADRID AP
2018/11/14 16:50 Departure Import customs MADRID AP

the package appears as on route,

Could you inform me if there has been any problem? and what it means departure import customs thank you very much!

Correos Spain website shows Import procedure completed, your shipment is on its way to the recipient. You need contact Correos Spain for delivery detail.
