Post Delay in plane?

I ordered mini charms (two small packages) back at the end of January and still have not received them. I contacted the seller two weeks ago to which they said there was a weight limit on the plane and there would be a small delay. It has been another two weeks since then and the packages still have not moved from Hangzhou EMS

LK347597479CN should be delayed in Hangzhou airport. Wait one more week, if it does not reach USA, You should open dispute to ebay.
