my parcel is salomon shoes. i contacted seler few time and all that he said is: "i send, you wait.". Can he check is thare any problem with a parcel? tnx

Hello !
I have the same problem with 2 track numbers
RC540227845CN ( since 09/10/2014 ) and RC540229965CN ( since 17/10/2014 ) stucks at costoms-control warehouse at Guangzhou .
Destination is to United arab Emirates . (( U.A.E ))
any help please?!
