after checked on the web,my parcel still in Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit ),without any new update like"Transit Station export customs cleared" there for half month,i asked staff for whether everything i posted obey the rules in the post office ,they said yes.but the information keeps fifteen days with nothing change,seems like the parcel still in domestic transit. i dont know whether it lost during domestic transit for i cant check any update on the web and why it keeps the stage in 'Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )'for such long time.what should i do now? thank you for helping me

parcel number starting with CP and ending with CN is china post surface parcel(also called land/sea/air combined parcel). In most of the time, the parcel travels through sea and railway. It is a very cheap and slow service.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to aliexpress/ebay, otherwise you should wait.
