I sent a parcel to china from England... The parcel tracking number is RU641970788GB, the parcel is showing as delivered but the person I was sending to is saying they have not received it... I think they may be lying to me so need to provide the proof of the address it was sent to so I can claim compensation..

the parcel RI192797158CN is in the hands of India Post, you should contact India Post for parcel detail.

As you suggested, I called India post regarding my parcel and they are saying that they haven't received and also they say that its in Kolkata custom office. Please give me details where is my parcel. It is more than 45 days and still waiting and doesn't when I will get it in hand.

Its really creates bad impression about china post and their service.

the parcel is definitely in India Post system. if India Post can not help you, it can be consider as lost.
