Hi,

I have sent this parcel from South Africa to China. The tracking states that it has an unsuccessfully delivery. Can you please let me know where the parcel is currently and how long will it take to get to the receiver's post office.

the parcel last location is in China Post Suzhou office (黄桥速递) on Oct 3. You can ask recipient to call China Post Suzhou office and try to arrange pickup or redelivery asap. Otherwise the parcel might be returned to South Africa.

The recipient said that they never collected this parcel. Is there a way that I can find out who did collect it?

no. You can not find out who signed the parcel. You can file a claim with your original shipping post office and ask them to contact china post for signature. However, this will take very long time, normally over 3 to 4 months.
