Please help,, my shipments sent from China Post for months not arrive.

I know it but for the first two shipments were commissioned 15 October and every day moon appears refreshing in China ... It's been more than three months and shipments are not moved an inch from China ...

if you have not got the parcel shipped on Oct 15, it should be lost or rejected by customs.
