can anyone help with Rh990301880CN it would apear it was put on a plane on the 10/11 but no sign of it since any help really appreciated

Totally normal. The package left China for the UK on 13 Nov; its status can't be updated again until it reaches the UK and Royal Mail scans it. Transit time is probably around 15 days or a little longer this time of year, so it should show up around the 28th of Nov or so. Once it arrives in the UK you should be able to see tracking results on the Royal Mail website as well.
