Hi I ordered something two weeks ago and the seller said that he shipped it, but I still can't track it, the seller said that China post is busy right now and I need more patient, is that true, is China post busy at this time?

china post is busy. however, 2 weeks without tracking result is too long. your seller should have seriously delayed the shipment.

I have a purchase protection with 40 days left, should I wait and see one more week? Or open a dispute now

You can wait two more weeks and see if you can get the parcel. If not ,open dispute.

I have the same issue. The tracking number the seller gave me was LS329160510CN and the other item I ordered from them is almost here, but this one has no movement and it's been roughly 10 days since he gave me the tracking number. Is china post really busy right now (claims it's sales season) or did he not ship the item? I have 19 days left on purchase protection and every other item I've ordered (from other sellers) is here, all around the same time ordering. Should I file a dispute?

LS329160510CN is fake number. your seller never ship this parcel. open dispute asap.

im sended package 2 month ago still not updated status. now : on route.
TURKEY to CHINA . still transit.
wtf.
