AZ820002104CN

pls check my parcel status for me. the last status update was on 17 April. I was told by the seller that there was no response from EMS and hence the parcel is missing.

AZ820002104CN was shipped on April 17 but never sent to Shanghai airport. It is strange. Normally this means the parcel has more than 70% chance to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
