Hello,

I have been expecting a parcel from China since November 20 and my tracking (RI728604898CN) stuck at Beijing Departure for a week now unlike previous parcels which I received in less than 13 days. What is wrong please?

now is rush season. shipping time might be 2 or 3 times than regular season. you need some patient.
