I had a package sent to me via USPS from America. USPS just sent me an email saying a delivery attempt was made to me work today at 9:28am. However, no delivery attempt was made as we were at work from 8:00am-5:00pm. Tracking number through USPS is: cw651973673us. Who do I contact in Shanghai to help figure out what is going on?

ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the goods.
