Please Help me!!

I shipped a smartphone from Italy to Shenzen with Poste Italiane with this tracking Number RA753387930IT in January 2015 and it seems to be arrived in Beijing on 29-Jan-2015 10:19 Arrival Import customs BEIJING. At the moment The package is not arrived at destination in Shenzen. What is the problem? How can I contact someone (Beijing customs, china post etc.)?
Is it possible that a package is not arrived in two months?!?

BATTERY item such as cell phone is banned by china post. i believe the parcel was rejected in Beijing airport.

I'm reading in your forum that china post since 2013 ban battery product. What does it means that a product is banned? I shipped the product from Italy to China. They resend the product back to me?
Maybe I have to do something to reclaim the parcel and let they send me back the parcel?

I hate to say it, but I have a feeling that it may be too late... If you have insurance on either the delivery or the cellular telephone, your best bet would be to claim it ASAP.

This is the website of the Bejing Capital Int'l Airport, however, it's been more than two months since the cellular telephone has made its arrival into Customs, which (sadly) means that it has almost certainly been destroyed, but I see no harm in making an inquiry.
