Hello, i have been excpecting a parcel to arrive from china, since the 1st of december.
This is the process the parcel has gone through so far from ems.

Tracking number: EV924607789CN
2016-12-01 20:15:00 51008101 Posting
2016-12-04 14:14:00 UNITED KINGDOM GBGBCVTA Arrival at Sorting Center
2016-12-04 15:55:00 UNITED KINGDOM GBGBCVTA Released from Customs
2016-12-04 15:55:00 UNITED KINGDOM GBCV3 4PF Delivery

Obviously the tracking number has been changed by uk parcelforce, this is the information i have off their tracking system.

Tracking number:EH093000323GB
4/12/2016 15:55 International Hub Released from customs
4/12/2016 14:14 International Hub Arrived in the UK
1/12/2016 20:15 Delivery Agent - CHINA…+Delivery Agent - CHINA
Collected

Right, the problem is that the parcel has stop being traced on the system,
I have contacted uk parcelforce and they say the parcel has been detained!
but i have also contacted uk customs and they are saying that is has not been detained!
please could someone give me more information what could be happening or advise what i need to do next?

1. After tracking your parcel, I have the same thing as you. Parcel Force to me lost or misplace the parcel. They need to find it and deliver it to you.

2. Either you phone them or go to one of their depot and talk to a supervisor about your parcel.

3. Even on their web Site it indicate this:
4/12/2016 15:55 International Hub Released from customs

4. So they are the culprit all the way.

I have phoned the numerous times, i get .....parcel has been detained by customs!

1. Are you far from a Parcel Force depot, if not, then just go there. I'm afraid that Parcel Force lost or misplace the parcel and they don't want to be responsible for it saying it's still in Customs when the tracking is saying otherwise.

2. Next thing to be done is contact seller and explain to him the situation, give him the tracking that you have and say to him that Parcel Force has lost your parcel.

3. Explain to him every step you did so he understand you made every effort for your parcel.

If it is lost, I don't understand how it can be in a tracked system,
I will probally ring parcelforce again tomorrow and ask for a explanation has to why they not admit liability if it's lost
Has yourselves state it's not with customs and customs theirselves say the same.
If any updates on this I will post back in this thread,

**UPDATE**

OK, i have rang parcelforce again this morning!
they gave me another phone number to ring regards international parcels,
rang this number i was given and they state that the parcel has been detained after customs release, and pending further investigation!
i bought brand items, and this means they are waiting for someone from that company to inspect products to make sure thay are not fake/counterfeits!!!
when i spoke to seller upon buying these products they ensured me that the product where not fake!
should i be worried?

1. Have you check the review of this seller, most of the time you will have some review that are negative and those are the one you have to pay attention.
