Hi, I tracked my parcel and the tracking result said it was received by post office on 21 April 2020. However, I still not yet receive any parcel as at today (5 May 2020). Please kindly advise which post office it sent to and whether the parcel is still going to be delivered to my address or I have to pick it up myself. The tracking number is LZ026470770CN.

LZ026470770CN is still in Shenzhen since April 22. Normally parcel from Shenzhen to Hong Kong takes just one or two days. Your parcel should have delivery problem or lost.

it has more than 70% chance to be lost.
