those numbers are not china post register mail. they look like paypal airmail which can not be tracked. You can not even verify if the shipment is true or fake.

If you can not get the goods in 30 days, open dispute and claim refund.

11192040519 looks like paypal packet. you can track in http://track-chinapost.com/track_paypalpackage.php ,if no result, it means the number is invalid.
