Hi I bought a jacket on ebay from China, on Jan 1. and I was given a tracking No. which wasn't updated more than 10 days, and Im not really sure what is happening, i contacted seller few times and he said that i should wait. This is really weird, and i cant claim a refund until Jan 31. This is my
Tracking number: Tracking number RI285565920CN, Please help. Thanks alot!

10 days is not very long. in some stage, status will stuck for 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient.

is my parcel still in transit process or has lost somewhere without update?

the parcel should be delayed not lost. other parcel arrives in 2 weeks does not mean this parcel will arrive in 2 weeks.

Hello I was wondering if you could update me on my parcel: RH101630337CN. It has been stuck on Export Security Scan for a few weeks now. This parcel is meant for a gift and i need to ensure it will be here on time. The website I brought it through ensured my it would be here this week but parcel status has not changed. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you
