both are from YANWEN courier from China to Kolkata

As far as I can see from different tracking site, both parcel have arrive in India. But unfortunately they are not traceable on India Post office.
1. Maybe you should contact the seller and explain the situation.
2. You could also open a dispute to get your money back.
3. You could try to contact India Post to find out if they know something about your parcels.

I'm not from India and I don't live there.

You could go to your local India post office and ask them for a phone number.

I suspect Beijing then to USA West Coast.
All your parcels has pass security check and is en route to USA.
If it goes to Beijing, I don't think (almost sure) it will show up in the tracking.

My tracking number is LK981319352CN

Should I be concerned as my tracking hasn't moved at all and it's been quite a bit of time? I even ordered something from China after this package and it reached the US already, today actually.
It's just a stuffed animal so I can't imagine it being rejected? I've never had this happen before usually it only takes 3-6 days to reach the US according to the tracking numbers I've received from sellers.
