it should be lost. parcel to Australia normally will arrive in 4 weeks, never over 2 months.

CP298733516CN is my parcel no and It was deposited for Pakistan on 22 July 2015. I have not received it yet....
where is it?

Hello, my package departed from Guangzhou 17 days ago it was the last update and I was wondering if everything is ok. The package number is RI646275855CN. Thank you for your work.

CP...CN are surface parcels which could take six months to arrive. Your seller should not use such a slow shipping method.

Fortunately, it appears as though your item finally made it to Pakistan, and I hope you have received it by now. Last update:

Everything seems fine; your item is still in transit to Turkey. After it leaves China, it can't be updated again until it reaches Turkey and Ptt receives and scans it. Average time to Turkey is 18 days, so hopefully your item will show an update soon.

Hello! Could you please provide me information regarding the two parcels with a tracking numbers:
RT866904618DE sent 20.10.2015
and
RT866908977DE sent 29.10.2015
both from Germany to China?
Are they lost??? I cannot trace it in China. Thank you.

RT866904618DE arrived at the destination post office on 30.10.2015. If the recipient doesn't have this parcel yet, they should call the China Post hotline at 11185 and make arrangements to pick it up.

I can't seem to find any record of RT866908977DE anywhere other than the Deutsche Post website. Possibly it hasn't arrived in China yet. However, I wouldn't be worried yet -- I think your first parcel got to China much faster than average, and the second may just be closer to the norm.

Can you tell me why BOTH of my tracking numbers are invalid? How about instead of sitting on your hands and asses, you send our packages. These have both had no movement once they got to sorting center for a week. China post is ridiculous. And I paid for this lack of service? You can believe I wont order another product from China and have it shipped.

if you just got the tracking number, please wait about one week and track again. Normally seller might delay 2 to 3 days to ship the goods and china post need 2 to 3 days to update tracking information.

if over one week and you still can not track the parcel, you should open dispute to ebay.
