Hi ,
My tracking number is CP306567605CN and it hasn't been updated since july 17 , seller told me that he send to post office and it seem the package is on GUANGZHOU deliver to Custom, can you help me ? is there a problem with my package?

CP306567605CN is surface parcel which is very very slow. If you can not get the goods by mid August, you should open dispute to seller.

Hi I made a purchase from Ali express and payed via PayPal. It's now been two weeks since payment and the tracking number the seller gave me still does not exist. After contacting the seller they said postage can be very slow but to keep checking.
My tracking number is RG201586361CN. I just wanted to see if it's normal for a tracking number to take that long to register or if I have been ripped off.

hello china post please help i order from ali express and my order status almost 45 days passd but after 20/07/2015 not updated plz can u track is this on transit my tacking detals RI466687909CN ... thx in advance

Hi ,
My tracking number is RL115591386CN and it hasn't been updated since July 30. The seller told me that he has shipped my package since July 24. I tried emailing him about this matter as he said my package was under Hong Kong Post but when I checked with Hong Kong Post, they said the tracking number belongs to China Post. I am checking to ensure that I have not been cheated. I have bought my item through eBay. Thank you.
