Hi ,
My tracking number is CP306567605CN and it hasn't been updated since july 17 , seller told me that he send to post office and it seem the package is on GUANGZHOU deliver to Custom, can you help me ? is there a problem with my package?

Minimum it takes 20 days to arrive from beijing to kolkata. So wait for at least 20-25 days. And if you do not receive it after 35 days or more then open dispute. But it aleays takes 19-20 days to get updated from beijing to kolkata.

I'm not from india 😐 I'm from iran and it always takes less than 20 days for packages to arrive to my country.
and let the administrator answer my question .

Shipping to Iran might take 40 days, and status might freeze during the shipment time. you can wait 2 more weeks, if the parcel does not arrive, open dispute to seller.

We have order 4 sunglasses of Ray-ban by our order no. # 1823 and our order transaction no. 201506230005611917 on 23/06/2015 we had already paid the bill amount. The details of our order is as under :

We have not received the same from China to India the track show following information to us :

RH027102493CN seems never passed china customs inspection. i believe it was rejected or lost.
