I need your help. Since 9 20 2014 my package its marked dispatching, i do not know if there is a problemwith it. its no battery or liquids inside

the trackingnumber is RH051636723CN

CP291671423CN is surface parcel which will go through sea and very very slow(might take up to 6 months to arrive). You'd better open a non-receipt dispute.

Plus if a order status shows "on route" the what does it mean...

Aliexpress order status is posted by seller and sometimes misleading and confusing. you'd better track here: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

On 2014-sep-10 I bought a product from aliexpress and the seller told me that he will send it with SwedenPost (I am in Norway).

On 2014-sep-27 the seller extended Purchase protection.

Since 2-3 weeks the tracking number RE966108206SE can not be found neither in China nor in Sweden or Norway.

Few days ago I wrote him that the tracking no. doesn't exist. He replied "don't worry ,it's need shipping china from sweden, about 5days you check" a funny english whatever...

What should I do ? I have the feeling that "Something is rotten..."

I'll apreciate any sugesstions.

wait one more week and then track it again in Sweden Post website. If no result then escalate the dispute in aliexpress and claim refund.
