. IGet this number 5 days ago.. i choose dhl shipping but he says to me he has a problem with dhl so he shipped to me the order via china post an he says to me i will open the dispute he gives to me 10 dollars but i dont know what to do. True or not ?

i get only 22 days buyer protection and now i have only 15 days of protection... and when i ask something the seller answers only open dispute for partial refund we give you 10dollars as compensation.... thats all
