An item purchased on iOffer was apparently sent on November 3 and left China on the 12th, but Australia Post said they don't have it yet at all. So where is it? Is it still with customs? The seller hasn't helped so far, although Australia Post said HE should start an investigation. That's what they said: If you still haven't received this item by now, I would recommend you to require the sender to log an investigation via their local postal authority who will liaise with Australia Post throughout to find out what has happened. I can understand this may be inconvenient, however the sender needs to launch this investigation as they have access to all the relevant paperwork, lodgement documents and information needed to ensure the most thorough search takes place.

The tracking number is RM653193057CN.

It is so frustrating because we just had another lost parcel from China (lost while still in China). Out of 3 parcels one 1 arrived, 1 was confirmed lost and the 3rd one is somewhere, but we don't know where...

RM653193057CN should have left china and is on the way to Australia, no need worry. the parcel status will not change when it is outside china. you should get the goods by mid Dec.

Hello, I would like to ask help in my problem!
I posted a pack at 22.08.2016 From Hungary to China. But the pack isn't arrived yet.
The track number is RR292032651HU
The China Tracking Systems write the following message: Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared. I don't understand what is the problem with it. Can you help me?

And on Australian Post site

2. Both of your parcels are departing from Shanghai and lately Shanghai had a backlog for parcels going overseas. It's affecting every parcels that goes through there.

3. If it's any comfort to you, both parcel have pass the Customs check and are On Route to Australia. To me your parcel are fine, you just need to wait for them and track them at the Australia Post site for any movement.

Thank you for your prompt response, I really appreciate it. I have received many Items from EMS China and have never waited this long for them to arrive, so I was very worried.

1. You could if you want to contact your seller and express your worry about your parcel not arriving.

2. He might be able to call China Post EMS and maybe give you more details about your parcels.
