Hi my tracking number is RM640388749CN and it says that it has been exported mutual seal (domestic transit).

Does this mean it is in Australia now or what?

I think the various phrases that are usually mistranslated "export mutual seal" mean "export customs scan" or just "exit customs", which is often the last status you'll see from China. You can get a better English translation here:

So that's the good news. The bad news is that AusPost apparently doesn't post tracking information online for registered international items, so that might be the last update you'll see before the package arrives. IIRC transit time to Australia might be as long as 4-6 weeks.
