Can you confirm that RB592142023CN has departed Shanghai airport & is in transit to Australia.

RB592142023CN was sent to airline in Shanghai airport on Oct 26. Airline will not response the actual departure date to China Post database. In normal season, the parcel will leave shanghai for Australia within two or three days. However, now is rush season, airline space is very tight, you might need wait some more days.

I have two parcels stuck at Export Customs Scan Shanghai as follows
-RH079857588CN since 2014/11/06
-RH103662880CN since 2014/12/05
Could u please let me know what the reason was? They are badminton rackets.

it is rush season delay. no other reason.
