Hi there. My parcel was sent to airline HGH on 07/12/2014.
Can you please me if it's on a plane and how much longer it will be??
There have been no updates since then.

the parcel should be in airline warehouse, not sent to NZ yet. i believe you should get it by New Year holiday.
