Supplier has ceased their operations. So I can't contact them. Can you please inquire from Wuhan branch? Hope you can do that as now the parcel is in your custody. RB561893380CN.

Unfortunately only shipper can start an investigation with China Post.

What you can do is to file a non-receipt claim to your shopping website and ask for refund. If you purchased goods from ebay,paypal or aliexpress and seller can not give proof of delivery, they will refund you money.

You represent China post right? I am unable to contact the seller as they have ceased their operations. So can you please contact Wuhan branch and inquire what is happening? Since they have received the parcel they have to deliver. RB561893380CN.
