When I asked the status earlier you said its received to Wuhan branch September 27 and waiting for export scan. How can you say its not received now? RB561893380CN. Als this is the status shows in your web site.

sorry, last message is wrong. The parcel RB561893380CN is still in Wuhan waiting for export scan.

Why it takes such a long time to export scan? When it will depart from there? RB561893380CN. Can you please priorotise this as now its more than 2 weeks in there? I have noticed some parcel received to China Post after this has already departed.

China Post Wuhan office might have stucked with many parcels. You can do nothing but wait.

This is unusual situation. Parcel received by China Post on 27 September. Still not dispatched. Can you please check what's happening? RB561893380CN.

RB561893380CN is still stuck in Wuhan.Please contact your shipper to contact China Post Wuhan branch and see what is happening. Only shipper with original receipt can file inquiry with China Post.
