Hey, I know I'm being a bit impatient :) but my parcel's been 'sent to airline' - what happens after this? How long would my parcel take to get to Australia, and do you know if it's arrived in Australia? The tracking number's RI187048568CN - thanks

parcel will arrive within 2 to 4 weeks after "sent to airline" date. just be patient.
