Ok so i live in the ACT and i have ordered things from china before, with e-parcel they usually take 5-8 days but on this particular one it took 2 days to get to a Chinese airport (Beijing) and shipped on the second day (which is the fastest i have ever seen). According to your tracking info that happened. but 6 days later their has been no updates from my national postal service (Australian post) and your tracking sites (17track, aftership, china post, etc. This makes zero sense because nothing takes 6 days from china to Sydney in the air. If anyone finds any help it would be helpful, it is nothing to really fuss about but it seems unusual thanks! 😀

1. Your tracking number: RG299056388CN is not an E Packet tracking number. May I suggest you look at this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

2. Since your tracking number is not an E Packet, it can possibly take longer to arrive in Australia. Also you should maybe look at this also:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

3. What I found for you is this:

4. So we know that your parcel in On route to Australia. Unfortunately Australian post does not track Registered Airmail parcel from China Post. I guess you just need to wait for the parcel that has to go through Australian Customs then given to Australian Post for delivery.
