Hello,

I bought two items off Ali Express and they are being shipped to NZ with China post but I'm unable to get up to date tracking information for either purchase.

These are the tracking numbers - 03283063430 and 03284099299. Can you have a look and let me know the status. I leave NZ in 2 days and I would like to get the items before I depart.

same here, no tracking number for 8 days, and with epacket. tracking num: LS015223653CN

1. You should contact seller as soon as possible to ask him if he did physically mailed the parcel. If the answer does not meet your expectation, just open a dispute to get your money back.

2. I was unable to find some tracking for the above number.
