Post Please help with Tracking

I sent a parcel from Australia to China a couple months ago, but it was never delivered. I have the tracking number and address I sent it to. I tried to call Australia post, but was told that because it is now in China, I need to contact China post, but I am unable to speak Chinese. Please help.
