Hi need some assistance,

My parcel is RA530303658CN... it has been nearly 2 months now, destination Australia. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Adrian

if the parcel to Australia stuck for so long time, normally it was lost or rejected by airline(if it has battery item). you should open a dispute and claim refund.

Thanks for your quick reply... do we know for sure its lost. Is it possible its still at the airport in Guangzhou? Inside are bicycle wheels in a big box. Thanks Adrian

You can not know if it is lost or just stuck in Guangzhou. Open a dispute is to protect your money in case of lost. If the parcel arrives Australia later, you can pay back seller.

Hello Iam david 23 from England, United Kingdom,I purchased Item on ioffer about 2 weeks ago got my tracking number (RD322969879CN) and it's still not showing any information could you shed any light on this please ?

RD322969879CN is fake number. the seller did not ship anything to you. open a dispute and claim for refund asap.

I have two parcels stuck at Export Customs Scan Shanghai as follows

-RH103662880CN since 2014/12/05
Could u please let me know what the reason was? They are badminton rackets.
