Hi, I posted 2 separate packages from Australia to Shangai in December, one parcel was delivered, one was 'unsuccessfully delivered' and now the receiver is saying the China Post office (where the tracking says it is being held) cannot find the parcel. Can someone help me find out if this item is awaiting collection. I'm on the other side of the world and don't know if the receiver is lying to me so they don't have to pay me a refund?

How do i go about giving them direct instructions about where and how to collect this item? I'm happy to arrange to have another delivery attempt
