When I ask about my parcel lately they told is in Sydney at 22/4 but no farther information and the destination is at Melbourne, and said maybe lost. The last tracking here in the Australia post say no events. Can help me what to do because my protection with paypal passed and the seller don't answer to claim non receipt dispute refund.
Can I claim to get the refund or what to do? please help if you have any idea. Please answer to me. Thanks

I did not bay from ebay but from website the name topitshopping or Hong Kong Kingkey Trade co.ltd it is where i pay throw paypal and i contact the seller many times from a month until now and i have no replay from him, and the problem paypal not helping because pass the time. Have you hear about it if is a good company? They like take the money without proper service. Are there many like this trader? Thanks
