Post Package stuck in Customs?

Hi,

I'm waiting on a package RG120975503CN that has been stuck on export security scan for 13 days. Is there a problem with customs clearance or is there a big wait on parcels ready to scan.

The parcel contains a replacement LED phone screen so no batteries etc.
