Post Missing Parcels Help

Hi,

I recently purchased two items and they both appear to have gone missing in transit.

RF451081260CN : Sitting at Guangzhou Parcel centre after acceptance 25/11/16 only that it appears to have been cleared for export 30/11/16 no further movement since.

I not sure about this one 66068556936 I cannot find it any tracking system.

Do I just give up and put forward claims for missing orders ?

2. So according to the tracking the parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Australia.

3. For the other parcel with tracking number 66068556936, I can not find anything. You will have to contact seller and ask him how is the carrier of your parcel.
