Hello,
Every month I send a letter and parcel to my daughter, Erin who lives with her mother in Beijing. I recently sent her a parcel, whose tracking number is... LK962546039AU .

I received the following from Australia Post...

Tracking
Step 1 - Your parcel is coming - CompleteYour parcel is coming
Step 2 - We've got it - CompleteWe've got it Received 2/2
Step 3 - It's on its way - CompleteIt's on its way
Step 4 - It's coming today - CompleteIt's coming today
Step 5 - Delivered - CurrentDelivered
Delivered
Time & date 09:15am Thu 22 Feb

Yet my daughter reports that she has not received it.

Would you be able to follow up as to what happened to it.

Your daughter or her mother should call China Post on 11185 to see if they can confirm where the parcel was delivered.
