Post Item shipping to wrong address

Hello,
I ordered an item through eBay and the seller has sent it to my old address, not my current one. The reference number is RH053262255CN

While I have ordered my mail be re-directed to my new address, I don't think this will apply when it comes to courier-delivered things.

Is there a number I can call to give the company who will be delivering the item my new address? Or can I give them my phone number so that they can call me when they receive the item (my old and new address aren't very far apart)?

Please help!!

Unfortunately China Post can not help you to change the address after the parcel was shipped. Australian Post is the delivery partner for China Post. You can contact them and see if they can help you to redirect the parcel to your new address. If they can not help you, your parcel will be delivered to the old address or returned to china.

I bought 2 items online but one was shipped to Brazil and the other to Turkey but my country is Tunisia.
what's the solution?

your seller either shipped to wrong country or gave you wrong (fake) tracking number. you should open dispute and claim refund.
