Hello,

I had an order from China shipped to Australia on the 26.08.2016 and have had no updates since? What does this mean? All i get is "The shipment is in transit to its destination" and has been like this since the 26th of August.

RT344855338HK is my Tracking number , i have never had an order take this long? Has it been lost
