I'm in desperate need of help. I just needed an update on my parcels which have been shipped via china post. I live in Melbourne and have been speaking to Australia Post who are your trading partners here in Australia.
I did order few items from an online company over a month ago and and per there terms and conditions there were meant to deliver the items in 15 days.
But they have stuffed everything up. These items are gifts for my relatives overseas. I'm travelling on the the 3rd oct nite and was expecting these items by mid sep . But the online company delayed everything.
I just wanted to know whether the following items have left china for Australia and will they be sent to Melbourne or Sydney? I did speak to Australia Post yesterday and they advised that there is a chance we can receive the parcel in Australia before Friday which means i have an option to collect my parcel from there local depot in Australia . But Australia post could not tell me if the parcels have left from china for Australia and in how many days do they reach Australia . If you could please provide me this information I will be really grateful as I don't have much time left and I really need those items as they r gifts.
The tracking numbers are as follows
RI146723626CN
RI146700673CN
RI146611514CN
RI146708986CN

Even if I get any two parcels before I leave I will be really grateful.

I just need to know if the have left china to Australia. And if they have how many days does it take for the parcel to reach Australia ( as I assume they come through airmail) which should be quick.
Once I get this information from you I can chase up with Australia post as they are happy to help me with the delivery of that parcel as soon arrive in Melbourne.

Please can you send me an update.

Thanks

Your seller dishonored his promise and seriously delayed your shipment. http://track-chinapost.com/ shows these 4 parcels were just shipped last week. As now is China National Day holiday week, those parcel need wait at least one or two more weeks to pass china export customs scan and catch flight to Australia. you need to wait at least another 2 to 4 weeks to receive the goods.

hello china post,

actually i am worried about my parcel coming via china to australia.

my tracing detail is "Tracking #:RJ601253577CN". Plz tell me where it is as it is still showing Bejing since 9th sep and i dont think chinese post is so slow to deliver the exact position of the parcel.

Please let me know the parcel estimation delivery as i have to decide whether to cancel the order or accept it as it will be rubbish if its late and i will demand my money back.

thanks

China Post status will not change after the parcel left China because none will scan and update the parcel status for China Post.

However, leaving China does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. Normally the parcel will travel another 2 to 5 weeks through many countries before it finally arrives Australia. Those transit countries will not scan the parcel, the status looks like freeze in Beijing.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php?code=RI616229322CN shows that the parcel left China on 16 September. It takes 4 weeks or so for it to get to Australia.

Usually the parcel status "freezes" after it leaves China, and is updated again when it reaches the destination country: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

However, AusPost doesn't scan inbound international registered items, so that is the last update your package is going to get. The next "update" will be when it shows up at your doorstep.
