Hello,
Every month I send a letter to my nine year old daughter [I am her father], who lives with her mother in Beijing. Unfortunately, last my letter last month got wet because of a snow globe that I included got broken [I am not blaming you!], and so I resent to her my letter, on Monday the 3rd of April, but according to the tracking there is a problem...

you should request investigating from Australia Post.
