Post Complaint delay

Hello,

20th of February I bought my girlfriend a gift for her birthday and chose ePacket for a faster delivery at the cost of some extra money. It was supposed to be delivered in 12 days. Now we are 17 days later and I she still hasn't received anything because supposedly the package is delayed. What? I paid more and I still have to wait longer than the original standard delivery time. I am disappointed.

Not sure why this posted twice AND in the Australia/NZ section but the package is supposed to be delivered to America.
