Does anyone know how long it will take for a china post parcel to reach me in auckland NZ? It's already been 11+ days and I still have not gotten it.

Another problem is when I put my tracking number in the websites, it's stuck on 8/7/16 in transit, so is there any way for me to know where it is right now?

Hi,
Yes, there is not new update after Aug 7th. Time arrival to NZ is 9-15 days: http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php So you can wait a bit but contact the seller so he/she call China Post anyway.

Hi,

It still hasn't arrived but its been over 17 days, I thought the max days was 16?
Does anyone know why it has not arrived yet?

2. It could be that your parcel did not pass the Export Security Scan. You should contact seller about your parcel.

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

I purchased a 65-inch SONY TV from Chinese supplier, to be shipped to California, USA . Last tracking info from China Post shows it left Shanghai Airport on Sept. 3rd. However, since then there is no tracking information in USA. Is this normal? Tracking No. is RH339623305CN. Just wondering what the hold up might be and when I can expect to receive parcel? Thanks for any replies.

1. Your parcel seem to be fine, like you said it left China:
2016-09-03 16:01 Shanghai Pudong, left

2. Unfortunately USPS does not track China Post Registered mail in USA. So basically it will be a waiting game for you. But the parcel is Registered mail so they will need a signature from you.

2. May I suggest you read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

3. Normally parcel from USA to China can take up to 40 days for delivery.

Hi,
Your item seem to be in transit I can't tell how many hop there is to get to Australia, but the mail format can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Trying to give you answers when I can get it. :p
