1. When the parcel will be scan you will get an update. If the parcel is not scan then you get nothing.

2. It's the Holiday Season mail is slow everywhere in the World.

1. Have you phone Australia Post to find out if there is any delays in the incoming parcels from Overseas because it's the Holiday Season!!!!

2. Your parcel was not scan yet by Australia Post so not tracking is visible.
