Hi my parcel is stuck too,for more than 20days now RF322832803CN the only information shows its in transit but it cant take more than 20days with air that is not possible.

I have contacted Royal Mail regarding tracking number RS192255174CN and they said I need to contact you to let me know what it is going on, I have contacted Royal Mail but can't get an answer, help?

07/09/16 23:20 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

No that doesn't help I phoned Royal Mail and they said I need to contact you as my parcel is stuck

1. China post can not do anything for you, the parcel has arrive in UK and will need to go through Security and Customs in your country before delivery. It might take a few days to a few weeks for the parcel to get a clean bill of health to enter UK.

2. You might want to look at this:

3. If you can not wait for your parcel, then just contact seller and tell him that the parcel is stuck at the UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC.

1. The parcel is in UK and it's up to Royal Mail and UK Customs to clear the parcel for delivery. If the parcel does not clear UK Customs then you will see a tracking saying that. The tracking will show that the parcel is returning to China.

2. Sorry but you need to wait for the parcel. There is nothing you can do except if you can call UK Customs Office.
